Jerry Spencer, DTS Software Senior Developer, is an industry veteran with over 40 years in software development and skills in IBM mainframe, Databases, IMB Db2, SaaS, and Unix. Before joining DTS, Jerry spent over 20 years as a lead product developer in the mainframe space.
Tom (Captain COBOL) Ross is a senior software engineer in IBM COBOL development. Tom has spent his entire IBM career in COBOL development, working on the compiler and run-time libraries for every release of VS COBOL II, COBOL for OS/390 & VM, and Enterprise COBOL. Tom is an expert when it comes to understanding migration challenges for Enterprise COBOL and Language Environment on z/OS, and, he understands many of the issues facing IBM mainframe customers.
